Most of our investors are individuals we've worked with or invested with before, know personally, and are strong thought partners on this project. The pool includes current and exited founders and operators, angel investors, VC and PE colleagues investing personally, execs from the likes of IBM, Disney and Techstars, real estate pros, players from across the innovation space, groups of "friends and colleagues" investing together, and more.

We have a healthy pool of local, community investors and alumni. It was extremely important to make this deal accessible to people who live here and learned here, and will be most impacted by the project.
