Kate is a long-time startup and ecosystem leader, and venture capitalist, angel investor, with global experience supporting and backing high-growth tech startups. She's also a resident of Cazenovia, and grew up in Pompey.

John and his team at The Oughtness Group are the lead Operating Partners alongside Kate and 9Fresh. John is a real estate strategist with 25+ years in civic, mixed-use, and adaptive reuse development, and Founder of The Oughtness Group, with $1B+ in place-based projects across the U.S. Leads planning, feasibility, and development execution.

Jason leads RE Finance Commercial, LLC, where he advises developers and business owners on capital strategy and real estate finance. His finance work includes helping structure complex capital stacks involving senior debt, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, C-PACE, incentives, and other layered financing strategies. This finance experience complements his real estate background by allowing him to evaluate projects from both a development-execution and lender-risk perspective.

Phil and his team are experts in creating top food and beverage experiences, with a viewpoint centered around culture. Leading culinary, entertainment, and hospitality strategy. Overseeing the food hall, culinary programming, and food systems integration across both properties.
