John is a real estate strategist with 25+ years in civic, mixed-use, and adaptive reuse development, and Founder of The Oughtness Group, with $1B+ in place-based projects across the U.S. Leads planning, feasibility, and development execution.
Chief Financial Officer
Jason leads RE Finance Commercial, LLC, where he advises developers and business owners on capital strategy and real estate finance. His finance work includes helping structure complex capital stacks involving senior debt, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, C-PACE, incentives, and other layered financing strategies. This finance experience complements his real estate background by allowing him to evaluate projects from both a development-execution and lender-risk perspective.

With over two decades of experience as a web developer, Chad has built and managed digital platforms and online businesses across multiple industries. His entrepreneurial path also includes 15 years of hop farming and launching a craft beer e-commerce company that sells New York State beer directly to consumers. At 9Fresh, Chad helps guide the operational side of the business, supporting operations and bookkeeping while applying his experience in technology and business development.
