Colicchio Consulting Engaged for Culinary Strategy

We're excited to announce that Colicchio Consulting has been engaged to lead the culinary, entertainment, and hospitality strategy for the Cazenovia Innovation District.

Phil Colicchio brings decades of experience in food systems, hospitality programming, and placemaking. His team will oversee the food hall concept, culinary programming, and food systems integration across both properties.

The culinary pillar is a core part of the district's activation strategy — creating a destination that draws visitors, supports local agriculture, and provides workforce training in hospitality and food service.
